2023 Red Tryouts May 27-28

We encourage all of our house league players to come out for Red tryouts, to be held at Iceland on May 27 and 28.

For this season, the red level of house league is taking on enhanced status within the MHL. Red teams will play more games (on average, 1 ½ games per week) - meaning more time on the ice and a higher level of competition.
Similar to how the “A†level hockey, the new Enhanced Red teams will be selected by tryouts in May.

Note that registration fees for enhanced red will be about half way between “A†and regular house league, reflecting the increased ice time ($1150 for U10-U16, and $1190 for U17/18)
Registration is not required until after Tryouts however there is a $20 (cash) fee for each tryout.
For those who aren’t selected for red, regular house league evaluations will still be held in the fall.
