Registration is OPEN!

Participant Registration fees include the cost of:

Regular practice and game ice time
Jersey and socks
A portrait picture

NOTE: New Players

To complete the registration for new players, a birth certificate or passport must be uploaded to your HCR/Spordle Account. Also, the Parent-Respect in Sport course must be done and linked to your child. This is a requirement by Hockey Canada and is done once per household that can be passed on to siblings. In addition, this fee includes the MHL gate fee, so that you and your family/friends can attend games without paying a fee.

Payments can be made by credit card or e-transfer (for e-transfer, email to finance@lpcha.ca).

RESPECT IN SPORT:

If your player is new to hockey in Ontario please note you must complete the Respect in Sport program before your player is able to participate in LPC activities. For information, please visit http://www.lpcha.ca/content/respect-in-sports-parents-course

If you have questions about creating your Hockey Canada account, please view the attached PowerPoint

Please ensure your primary email address is correct in the registration system. It is the main means of communication between you, the association, and your child’s coach. LPCHA sends out periodic emails advising of upcoming events and reminders. Completing registration is considered implicit acknowledgement of receipt of these emails under Anti-Spam legislation.
